PKW carbonation stones are used to diffuse carbon dioxide and/or nitrogen into beer, cider, sparkling wine, kombucha, soda, or other beverages. Carbonation stones are used to aerate wort and maintain yeast at optimum health and reduce fermentation time resulting in faster batch turnaround.
