Step 1: Concept
PKW keeps abreast of the evolving trends and strategies that drive successful breweries. We use our knowledge to provide turnkey brewery services that help our clients reach and exceed their goals.
Step 2: Plan
“Failing to plan is planning to fail”. We work with you to plan exactly what your concept requires including strategically reviewing and helping target your business plan.
Step 3: Financing
Most craft breweries that fail tend to do so at or before startup due to lack of sufficient financing. While we do not directly finance, we have several reputable finance partners that we can recommend.
Step 4: Location Selection
Your concept will define the type and location of the space you need to operate your brewery. We have helped with site evaluation services for hundreds of successful breweries.
Step 5: Brewery Layout
With your design team, we do the work of designing your brewery space. Using your architectural & engineering drawings we perform layout services and meticulously review the details to assure that beauty melds with efficiency to create a great looking and highly functional brewing space.
Step 6: Construction
We work with your contractors during the construction phase to assure that the brewery elements meet the requirements of your PKW brewing equipment. We also coordinate delivery with the construction timeline so that the equipment arrives when it is ready to be placed in the brewery.
Step 7: Install
We work remotely with your construction crew, communicating regularly with your contractor and sub-contractor to set the stage for our on-site installation service. As soon as utility drops are in place, and working with your construction schedule, we spend a week on site during which our goal is to bring all equipment into operation and perform a water brew.
Step 8: Commission
We are a text or video call away, always prepared to assist with start up questions or challenges. Commissioning your brewery is a process that can take weeks or months. Regardless of your specific needs, we are prepared to patiently and thoroughly answer your questions and help as needed.
